“If you only knew the magnificence of the 3, 6 and 9, then you would have the key to the universe.”

~Nikola Tesla

I grew up on a rural farm on the back roads of Nebraska. I spent a lot of time in nature, with our farmstead residing on the Otoe Indian trading route from the 1700's. My creative inspiration comes from Hashem, the one and only creator. I am forever influenced by Leonardo Da Vinci as the military engineer to the King. He is the inventor of the submarine, helicopters, and the flight of man. Marcus Aurelius--the ancient Philosopher King of Rome is unsurpassed in his daily writings and words of wisdom about the human experience. In regard to science: Nikola Tesla and Carl Sagan. Their minds will take you places that so few have gone. I have spent my career listening to the music of ENIGMA. It's rare that I'm listening to any other when I'm creating.

Books are a precious form of inspiration. The world would be a different universe without "The Divine Comedy" by Dante and his contributions on the "Inferno."  Sadness and suffering is found within every Artist's palette. I have probably read "The Thornbirds" by Collen McCullough more than any other. James O'Barr and his epic graphic novel "The Crow" is my most favorite cult classic. Chaim Potok--the Jewish author who rose to fame with his book "My Name is Asher Lev"--he explains the creative process the best to me.
